ETHIOPIA - Electric car maker has decided to become Ethiopia as a base of operations for the manufacture of their new car.
Companies join the Italian businessman Carlo and China under Pironti, Italian electrical engineer, has decided to manufacture electric cars in poor countries, according bignewsnetwork, Tuesday (6/4/2010).
With an investment of USD600, 000, Pironti and colleagues from the China decides to put their factories outside the city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.
Pironti calling it Solaris Elettra his car, which he termed as a revolutionary era of the electric car market. This car uses 57 different components from suppliers and body panels made from Korea.
This environmentally friendly car will be marketed at a price USD12.000 and USD15.000. (Uky)
